We Need Volunteers Like You

Our mission is to bring like-minded people together who are looking to make primary healthcare available to people in need around the world. We will do this through disease prevention, health promotion, and illness management. Working in partnerships with universities and local communities, we rely on volunteers and students to staff the facilities. We offer students the opportunity to put their medical skills to use thus adding to their education.
We will offset costs through donations, state funding, and collaborations with medical suppliers. Building long-term, environmentally conscious, and sustainable facilities, our goal is to be a permanent fixture that provides long-term stability through healthcare for all.
Local volunteers of all ages over 18, backgrounds, and interests enjoy contributing their time to the US office of Global Health Shift. Volunteers work in positions that may involve clerical work or specialist skills and experience. To apply to volunteer in one of our United States offices (not as an intern), please complete the volunteer application form. You will then be placed in our volunteer pool. Once there, you will receive email notifications for volunteer opportunities, both short-term and long-term. Please note that you are eligible for any sort of volunteer position, depending on your qualifications.

Our Volunteers Are Everywhere

We do not seek to be a short-term crisis relief help group, but to be an integral part of local communities for decades and centuries. Read more about our mission and get to know the team here.
